This incredible home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen complete with appliances, breakfast nook, bar area and formal dining area The first floor features one king bedroom suite, one queen bedroom suite and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a 19” LCD television and its own bathroom. In the main living area you will find a large open great room equipped with a 37” HD television and a Wii game system, which leads to a large covered lanai and screened-in pool with a waterfall hot tub. The kitchen, bar, breakfast room, and main master bedroom also overlook the pool. In addition to the kitchen and breakfast nook, there is a separate formal dining room. There is also a laundry area with a regular size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.The second floor features two additional spacious bedrooms, one queen bedroom suite and one with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom and a 19-inch LCD HD TV.

  • 13% taxes apply to all rentals; No smoking and no pets Check-In Time: 4:00 P.M Check-Out Time: 10:00
  • A $250 deposit on a credit card is required, which is processed through our management company and is applied toward rental cost, in order to book a stay; the remainder is due no later than 10 weeks before the date of arrival. There is a $300 security deposit added to your final payment, which is refundable after inspection of the home and within 7 days of departure. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
  • Cleaning fee of $100 on stays of 5 nights or less
    Pool/Spa heat is $25 per night or $150 per week—Recommended October through March

    5 night minimum on most stays, 7 night minimum on stays during high and holidays
    Exception: when certain dates become available between stays

    More than 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of $250 Deposit
