This elegant formal home from 1930 commands a 360 acre property. Large lawns and side veranda allow magnificent views of mountains on all sides. Beautiful trees and perennials bloom through spring and summer and fall foliage is unparalleled! A pool, small pond, and brook grace the property. Miles of trails on the property and the adjacent 100's of acres of conservation land. Setting invites you outdoors. Over 5,000 square foot house has oak and marble floors, beautiful details and many built in cabinets and bookcases. Full kitchen has 2 refrigerators, stove top, oven, and dishwasher. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Formal dining room. Comfortable family room with DirectTV. House can sleep at least 10. Outstanding hiking, cross country skiing and road and mountain biking. Relax in the 40 foot pool next to the house. Fish and tube in the nearby Battenkill River. Enjoy the countryside at home and dine and shop in nearby Manchester or Bennington VT or Cambridge NY.
