Brand New 2400 sq ft Home. This home is brand new. Lived in for the first time in February 2009! As the model home it has many upgrades. Four bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 1 with two twins), 2.5 baths and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a den set up like an office with a desk ready for you to plug in your laptop. WIFI Broadband Internet is FREE! There is also cable television with many channels - even in German! Your very own heated swimming pool with southwest exposure (as well as the community pool) and lounge area that is enclosed to keep out the buggers you didn't invite to your pool party. There is a table that seats four, 2 lounge chairs and a barbecue to enjoy by the pool.

  • The owners are picky as this is their second home and they plan to use it frequently. No smoking is allowed in and around the home. No pets allowed (though there may be a possible exception for long bookings so you can make a request.) If allowed, there will be an extra fee and a non-refundable pet fee of $100-$200 as the carpets will be cleaned after each pet visit.
