Custom 2-story home located in prestigious Hendricks Place Subdivision in Silsbee. 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, formal dining room, living room with unique Lone Star fireplace, 2nd level has family room. Backyard is a tropical paradise with huge 'amusement type' waterslide 30' tall x 160' long, palm trees, white sand beach, sauna, hot tub, covered patios and open second level deck. Located about 15 miles from Beaumont. It is about one hour drive to Lake Sam Rayburn for fresh water fishing and water sports and one hour drive to Gulf of Mexico for saltwater fishing. Also nearby is the Big Thicket National Preserve and Village Creek, where you can rent a canoe and float the river or take a hike through the Big Thicket. Casinos and horse racing within an hour drive in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Swamp tours by air boat, Entertainment District in Downtown Beaumont (Crockett Street), About 15-20 minute drive to Beaumont.
