This stylish, brand new 2 bedroom apartment is located on a quiet block within Manhattan's most happening neighborhood. As well as being in the heart of the LES, the apartment is an easy walk from both SoHo and the East Village. Entry is via a keyed elevator that opens directly into the apartment, providing access to the spacious living and dining rooms, and the chef's kitchen where you'll find granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with marble and slate finishes, while the second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom finished to a similar standard. The apartment is a short walk from 5 different subway lines, as well as having easy access to express bus services. Hundreds of fantastic restaurants, bars, boutiques and museums are only steps away.

It was so "chic" ....

We had a very nice stay in this apartment last October.
It's not our first time in the city and we are used to rent furnished apartments instead of staying in hotels (more space, kitchen etc.).
But I can tell you it has been our best apartment experience in NYC in several years !!
Great location, great building, large, beautiful, so clean with a wonderful fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, 2 bedrooms and so nice bathrooms. Everything was so perfect. Thanks to the owners.

We loved it so much that we decided to come back in december for Xmas with the family and I can already guess that they will enjoy the apartment and the LES area as much as we did.

We loved our stay and loved the apartment! The owners were beyond accommodating and a true pleasure to work with. The place was immaculate and so comfortable for a home base between our exploring.

To echo the previous reviews, it's exactly as it looked and was incredibly well stocked. We wanted for nothing!

If it's available - you should book. You will NOT be disappointed.

We had been to New York City three times, and each time we have rented a small apartment in which to stay. This was the best one we have ever come across. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and modern. It was extremely secure, although I have never felt unsafe in New York.
Wade was so helpful and friendly. He met us at the apartment and shared great info about the city. We absolutely loved the stay. We will definitely book here again.

My family and I stayed at this apartment just this past weekend.
Wade was there to greet us upon our arrival and we were very happy to see how accurately he had described the place! Beautifully decorated, very quiet location (given its proximaty to a very bustling neighborhood) and extremely well maintained.

The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were clean. The entertainment system kept us occupied (a little learning curve). The heating/cooling system was easy to control and worked well as did all of the lights and appliances. A completely human experiance that I would be happy to recommend to any of my friends. There are no stairs to navigate so this is an ideal location for anyone with a walking challenge or wheelchair and easy to come in and out with kids. The building is secure and there is a camera at the front door for your safely. Wonderful coffee shops around and walking distance to subway and everything else depending on your shoes;)

From begining to end we felt at ease and comfortable. I spent hours searching through websites and exchanging emails to find this apartment on Orchard. Save yourself the time and book now (if it's available)!

amazing apartment, great location

I stayed here when visiting NYC at the end of March. The apartment is incredibly clean, very well decorated and in a great location. It came complete with a chocolate on my pillow when I got there after a late flight in which put a smile on my face.

You simply cannot find a better kept apartment in new york. The owners were incredibly helpful with suggestions on things in the area when I asked. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in NYC.
