Jewel of the Kai- is located on the Northside of the island just about 1.5 Miles east of the Rum Point Club. This stunning 3BR/3.5BA villa stands tall above the water with elevated views along a beautiful sandy beach. Jewel of the Kai enjoys great snorkeling. Adults only (infants are fine in cribs) The vaulted 2 story living space is framed by two 'floating' staircases and a 'window wall' of glass to the Caribbean. The trade wind breezes can cool the villa during spring nights, but the house also has air-conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer. Multiple screen porches provide an insect-free situation and great reading areas. The large swimming pool is elevated and enjoys ocean views and palm-shaded areas.
