The 1-bedroom (50m2) located in the very calm residence O'Mullane at Le DIAMANTon the ground floor of a villa with a colonial type.It includes an air-conditioned room (with a large mirror and a dresser for your storage) and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer) is separated of the lounge (TV with local channels, small Hi-Fi) with a bar and finally there is a room with shower,toilet and a sink .All the rooms are lighted and ventilated. Outside, a small terrace with a flower garden. This 1-bedroom is comfortable and quite functional. Possibility to use the washing machine, ironing board and Linens Provided weekly. all charges included: (dsl wifi + water + electricity + washing machine,towels and sheets provided + air conditioned)
