Holiday directly by and with the sea! Our exclusive Mediterranean holiday home is distinguished by its unique located directly by the sea. The spaciously designed terrace, the light, friendly living and bedrooms and the kitchen all face the sea. The large glass sliding doors give you the feeling of being close to the sea, which can be a unique experience - particularly with bad weather. The house allows you to live comfortably and stylishly on about 130 m² + 18 m² cosy gallery above the 36 m² living room, which is equipped with an open fireplace. The house is surrounded by a 7000 m² property on which you will find the typical Makkia and spacious grass areas for athletic activities. The private, expansive stone and pebble beach invites you to go sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. Windsurfing from a private beach - this excites all wind surfers.

Super schönes Haus am Mittelmeer

Das Haus war mit der Einfahrt erst schwierig zu finden. Aber nach einem tollen Frühstück mit Aussicht aufs Meer war auch das vergessen. Wir hatten die ganze Woche super Wetter...so war alles Genuss pur.

An verschiedenen Tagen zogen einige Delphine in Sichtweite vorbei und jeder Sonnenaufgang wurde gern erwartet mit einer Tasse duftendem Kaffee in der Hand, natürlich noch im Schlafanzug möglich.

Vom Bett aus sieht und hört man das Meer, man wird in den Tagen immer ruhiger und entspannter und mit einem guten Buch in der Hand ist der Urlaub perfekt.

Ein Ausflug auf den Col de Bavella wurde mit einigen Kletterpartien zum Erlebnis, auch Bonifacio ist nicht weit un d immer die Fahrt wert.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter echt klasse, alles war gut abgewickelt.

Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, auch wenn es bei uns immer nur im Oktober November klappen wird, ist aber sicher die ruhiste Zeit au

Ein Tipp: Das festival du vent ( Festival des Windes) in Calvi zu besuchen, lohnt sich allemal. Wir haben es mit der Rückfahrt zur Fähre verbunden.

EIn riesen Kompliment an die Besitzer!
Alles ist wie beschrieben und schöner - auch gerade für
Familien mit Kindern ideal. Die kleine Bucht vor dem Kiesstrand ist ein ideales 'Schwimmbecken' für Kinder.

Wir werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen.

Geniales Urlaubsziel mit traumhafter Lage

Bin nunmehr bereits dreimal dort gewesen und habe alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war und auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist. Haben uns immer super wohl gefühlt und alle Absprachen mit dem Vermieter waren angenehm sowie seriös und korrekt. Wir werden wieder dorthin fahren da es relativ schnell zu erreichen ist und wir immer super schönes (Insel)-Wetter hatten.
Die Lage des Hauses hat Seltenheitswert. Das Meer spielt die Hauptrolle . Die Architektur ist komplett auf das Meer ausgerichtet. Durch grosse Schiebetüren, die komplett in der Wand verschwinden, bilden Meer, Terrasse und Haus das "mediterane Wohnerlebnis" schlechthin. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig und sehr hell. Die Lage ist entspannend ruhig , von den Nachbarn hört man wenig. Der riesige Garten ist in der Hauptsache naturbelassenund wird durch korsische Maccia umrahmt. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist für Surfer und Schnorchler ein Higlight.

wunderschöne Lage

Das Objekt liegt sehr schön, direkt am Meer. Ein Privatstrand ist vorhanden, allerdings ist dieser leider naturbelassen und nicht gepflegt. Zudem handelt es sich um einen Fels/Kiesstrand.
Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön gelegen und auch gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit (Endreinigung zahlt man extra) war allerdings etwas erschreckend.

Ansonsten liegt das Haus gespenstisch ruhig. Zum Glück begrüßte uns die Schlange im Garten erst am letzten Tag.

Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollten im Garten etwas darauf achten, da der Abhang zum Wasser teilweise ungesichert und steil ist.
