This villa is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property. There are four villas on the property: the vacation rental villa is located on the top floor; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art & Gift Gallery featuring work of local artists. A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach ( 5 minute walk) and surf, swim, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the action. Fusion Beach Villa's spacious one bedroom oceanfront villa (sleeps 4) has a fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, CATV w/HBO in LR/DR room w/ sofa, loveseat, table w/chairs and a Murphy bed (bed pulls out from wall & sleeps 2). The air conditioned BR has a queen bed; double glass doors open out from both the LR & BR onto a spacious private balcony equipped with double lounge chair, round table w/4 chairs & umbrella. Studio rental also available.
