Come enjoy our peaceful 3 bedroom house directly on the water! This waterfront property is a short canal ride to the inter-coastal waterway and is perfect for anyone who enjoys boating, kayaking, fishing, manatee and occasional dolphin viewing and any other water sports. Some features include: boat dock with a davit, spacious screened in lanai porch, large living area with satellite TV, and a laundry room complete with washer and dryer. Only a 15 minute walk or short bike ride to the beach! You can cruise through historic Venice Island and on the way there you can enjoy many fine restaurants, a beautiful park, ice cream parlor, theatre, and shopping for anything from clothes to antiques. Once you arrive at the beach you will enjoy the amazing view of the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico while searching through the sand for unique shells and sharks teeth.
