Located at an altitude of 10,000 feet, this 2,300 square foot detached home is located on a half acre of property bordering the national forest. Just minutes away from the ski area, free shuttles or downtown Breckenridge. Heated two car garage (garage door opener provided) allows you to leave the gear in your vehicle - no early morning frostbite! Indoor spa room with large hot tub provides relaxing end to day of skiing, boarding or sledding. Relax by the wood burning fireplace and watch a movie on the HDTV in the large living area with cathedral ceiling. Gaze at the spectacular view of the ten mile range. First floor includes kitchen, dining area, living room, spa room, master bedroom/bath and mud room with washer and dryer. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with full bath. Second bedroom has pine log queen and twin beds. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. This house is perfect for the family gathering - quite and spacious!
