Beautiful northern Michigan setting, Lake Lancer is a very clean spring fed lake developed in the 1970's and fed by the Sugar River. Boating restrictions in the morning and evening to add to the quiet setting. 3 beach clubs with bathrooms, swing sets and bathrooms located around the lake. 3 boat launches. 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, restaurant, indoor pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. 30 ft. pine trees line the property on both sides for a very secluded setting. 130 feet of lake shore and includes a fire pit, sandy beach swimming area, 400 square deck on the water and two 30 ft. docks. Faces east for a beautiful sunrise and a shaded deck in the afternoon. Cottage is located on the end of a court so very little traffic. Grass air strip located about 5 miles from cottage. Oulet mall shopping 20 min. Winter recreation includes ice fishing, snow mobiling, groomed cross country ski trails, sledding hill, skating rink and chalette with large fireplace.
