Set in a restored Mid-century Modern architectural masterpiece originally built in 1952 as a Corporate Retreat for General Motors executives, this apartment is a quiet refuge which sits smack on the bank of the Intracoastal Waterway just steps from the main Fort Lauderdale beach with its promenade, many fine restaurants and exciting night time activities. Awake in the master bedroom to the extraordinary views of the Intracoastal Waterway through a wall of windows. Enjoy these same views from the living room and the private balcony. The second bedroom with its own private bath and separate outside door provides maximum privacy for guests. The furnishings along with the marble floors while luxurious are nevertheless child and dog friendly.

This property is directly on water, has a large swimming pool and the balcony and stair railings were not designed for children. We love children and dogs but parents and care givers should be particularly vigilant and are responsible for children while on property. Waterfront balcony extends across both the living room and the master bedroom. There is a shared washer and dryer available to guests. Elevator.
