The appartment is located in the borough of Laim in Munich,the' Big City With a Heart'.Nymphenburger Park, beer gardens, pool complex, restaurants and shopping are all located nearby. The overland train(S-Bahn) is just 5 minutes away,with wich Marien Square(center) an dthe Subway(U-Bahn) are just a 4 minute ride. There is always parking in front of the house.

very beautiful apartment

the house is beutiful, so large and so sweet: there are 11 beds ( 3 are single-sofa beds).
in front of the apartment there's the stop of the tram n° 19, that arrive to the centre of munich in a few minute: during the day it pass every 10 minutes; in the night every 20 min; after 12:50 every hour;
moreover miss Hampel has been very nice and carefull to our needs.
only one negative note: the first bathroom is wonderfull, but the second is so small, and there is only the water, so in this second bathroom you can't wash yourself.
in the end i suggest this apartment to family and groups of friend which want visit munich, standing in a very gorgeous place for sleeping.

Great vacation home!

We recently rented this home for our vacation in Munich. Six adults and two toddlers easily slept in this house with 3 more beds to spare. The kitchen was great with a huge table to gather around for meals and chatting and a TV. The home was very clean with towels, wide range of dishes, appliances, etc. The location of the home is great and close to the tram and subway lines. In fact, the tram is right across the square in front of the house and takes you straight to the city center, Marienplatz.

The owner's mother lives in the same building and is a great lady. She brought out toys and trikes for our kids to play with and also is a great gardener. She was not intrusive and it was good to have her there in case we needed something.

Overall, this was a great rental and I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in visiting Munich.

P.S. One tip for the future visitors: Make sure you bring lots of cash to Munich. Not too many places take credit cards!

Gelungener Arbeitsaufenthalt in München

Die Online-Beschreibung war realitätsnah, die Ausstattung sogar besser als erwartet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieterin sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Ich selbst würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen und auch meinen Freunden empfehlen. Ich war zum Arbeiten in München und daher nicht auf Freizeitattraktionen angewiesen. Sehr zentral liegt die Ferienwohnung nicht, aber mit guter Verkehrsanbindung in die city. Ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein sehr schöner Biergarten. Für mich waren die große Terrasse und der Garten wichtig, wo man sich wunderbar erholen und die Sonne genießen kann.
