Gas grill, outside fire place, large screen TV, DVD, VCR and DSL internet, washer and dryer, wood burning stove, infant high chair and crib, toys, board games, PS2 (bring your games), On Premises: GREAT fishing, boating, swimming (at your own risk and in suggested locations), hiking, camp fires, GREAT ice fishing, ice skating, cross country skiing, snowmobiles, quads on FROZEN Lake Hortonia, GREAT fall foliage and the local country store 1/2 mile away by land or water.     * NO Pets / NO Smoking no exceptions
    1. Rates are based on occupancy of 4 persons over 10 and 4 persons under 10, not to exceed 14 persons. Additional persons are $25 extra per night.
    2. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are considered weekend rates and Mon thru Thurs are weekday rates. There are no 'check-outs' on Saturdays to avoid interruption of weekend getaways or weekly rentals. Weekly Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
    3. *Holidays are an additional $150 for the night because we do not require weekly reservations. Monday Holidays must be included with the preceding weekend or included within the week.
    4. Reservations are held only by receiving payment in a first come first serve manner.
    5. There is a $100 Housekeeping deposit of which $50 may be refunded (large groups are more).
    6. The security deposit is $300 and up
