This is the ideal location between the Montage Resort and the Ritz Carlton & St Regis Hotels, it has it all. Located on the private street. The view is spectacular, crashing waves hitting the black lava rocks below. Patio overlooks two private coves. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and then in a separate entrance a large suite with private bath. Laguna Beach has great shopping (major malls nearby), and fantastic food. This house has a private beach access.
