The villa consists of five roomy pavilions connected by open air stairways. Large sliding glass windows open to lush tropical gardens and 1600 sq. ft of terraces surrounding the villa. Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel, the adjacent islands, and the miles of pristine Virgin Gorda beaches stretching from Little Dix Bay to Mountain Point. The villa is designed to exist harmoniously with the natural landscape of Virgin Gorda. Additional information about rental rates

  • 7% Tax and 10% Service Charge are not included in rental rates
  • In the event of cancellation 61 or more days prior to arrival date, 80% of the rental rate payment will be refunded; the remaining 20% will be forfeited. For cancellation 45 to 60 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental rate will be forfeited. Note that there are No Refunds for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. All cancellations must be received in writing (fax or e-mail is acceptable). Option for re-booking (possibly at different rates depending on season) and waiver of cancellation fee will be offered only
    if the villa is available within 60 days of the canceled reservation. Please note that the full balance will be due at
    the time of re-booking as it is within the 90-day period. Please note that the option for re-booking and waiver of
    cancellation fee does not apply to Christmas/New Years bookings. There are no refunds for late arrivals/early departures. All deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied.
  • Payment by the Client to the Owner of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required and must be received within 5 days of the date of issue of the Booking Agreement & Statement of Account. The remaining 50% is required no later than 90 days prior to the date of the Client’s arrival at the Villa. In the event that the Agreement becomes binding inside the window of the 90 days, the Client is required to pay the total rental fee to the Owner to secure the booking. If full payment is not received 90 days prior to the Client's arrival at the villa the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, thus causing the Client to forfeit the paid deposit.

Lush Retreat with Comfort and Serenity: Boulder Crest Villa is located on the western coast of Virgin Gorda at the base of Gorda Peak approximately 70 feet above sea level and features fabulous scenic views. It’s ideal location offers short (10 minute) walks to the beaches at Long Bay or Nail Bay and is approximately an 1 KM walk or drive to Mountain Trunk Beach. The location also allows for easy access (15 minute drive) to water sports, restaurants and shopping. The coral reefs surrounding Mountain Trunk Beach and Nail Bay are teeming with sea life and arguably offer some of the finest snorkeling experiences around. The slopes of Gorda Peak provide for interesting nature hikes. Canopies of mature trees around and between the pavilions offer a choice of sun or shade. The expertly landscaped 0.8 acres of grounds include many native species planted among natural stone paths and garden walls. Boulder Crest Villa provides a lush retreat with comfort and serenity for our guests.

Spacious Comfortable Main Pavilion: The main pavilion features a cathedral ceiling and large sliding glass doors. It holds a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating six and an indoor dining area also seating six. Additionally it holds an expansive and comfortable living area, with an entertainment system. Sink into comfortable island inspired furnishings after an active day in the sun and enjoy panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and adjacent islands.. The large main terrace that wraps around the main pavilion holds a private dipping pool and is decorated with patio umbrellas and chaise lounges as well as a patio table and chairs. The main terrace is ideal for entertaining, sunning and relaxing while enjoying panoramic ocean and hillside views. This is also a favorite location for sharing breakfast outdoors and for enjoying Virgin Gorda's fiery sunsets in the evenings over cocktails and hors d'oevres.
