2,500 square feet under Central AC/heat. Large Kitchen and three baths completely renovated, kitchen prep area on corian and granite with large island, and a fun seat next to a large window. All bedrooms are spacious with en-suite baths, two masters. Pretty landscaped backyard and front yard have patios that can accommodate outdoor dining. The heated pool is surrounded by tall hedges and royal palm trees. Two car garage. The area is perfect for strolling with lots of trees and flowering shrubs. One block east and you’re on the intracoastal. You’ll enjoy the atmosphere that this neighborhood provides, the unusual fruit trees, the friendly neighbors and their pets that stroll by in the evening.

Downtown Lake Worth has great restaurants, there are nice stores to browse, and a cute little playhouse. It's a 5 minute drive to the ocean - Lake Worth Beach. Not too far, downtown West Palm's City Place, the Norton Gallery of Art, off Broadway shows and musical events at the Kravis Center. You’ll enjoy the atmosphere that this neighborhood provides, unusual tropical fruit trees, the friendly neighbors and their pets that stroll by in the evening.
