We can offer a new 1 bedroom Appartment, 30 qm, ideal for Singles, and Couples in love, with french double -bed, seperate kitchen and shower and WC, and own sun deck, as well as a 2 room apartment, 50 square meters. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, consisting of a big livingroom with 2 sofa-beds and an open plan kitchen, separate WC, shower, bedroom with big double bed. The owners are German. Both apartments are situated amidst olive trees about 2.5 km from Skiathos town. You will enjoy beautiful panorama sea views, overlooking the sea and neighbouring islands. A small, shady pass, about 100 m, through pinewoods, brings you down to the secluded bay for snorkelling and swimming in crystal clear waters, or just relax on the rocks. Breathtaking sunrises over Skopelos in the morning and fantastic, romantic moon risings.

There is a small separate kitchen, with dining area, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a shower and a bathroom with WC, 2 hand wash-basins, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. All windows and the entrance door are with mosquito-netting. Especially for this new apartment, we build a sun deck in the Garden, with fabulous sea-views to the neighbouring islands, ideal for sun- and moon rises, with table, 2 benches, and 2 deckchairs. The Apartment is maximum for 2 people.

SKIATHOS - MAMA MIA, the Island, where some of the movie-scenes were filmed, is also called the ' pearl of the Aegian.' This apartment is located on one of the most beautiful Greek Islands - hilly, densely-wooded and covered with evergreen pine oaks and olive trees and in springtime with many colourful wild flowers. Ideal for Nature lovers hiking around the islands in spring and autumn and colecting Herbs and Wildflowers. The island is only 17 km long and 5 km wide. There are 66 different beaches with crystal clear water and golden sand,Ideal for all sorts of Watersports, as well as sailing and diving. The town with its taverns, coffee shops and 'ouzeries' invites you to relax and enjoy the good food. We are happy to help with excursion bookings to Athens, Meteora or Delphi, also for boat-trips to the neighbouring Islands as well as to the Marine-Park, a protected area for Monk-Seals and 2 different kinds of dolphins.

Please bring your own beach-towels! We will be happy to pick you up from the airport or harbour, that’s a free service of our house. We will be happy to help with advice for connections from Volos, Thessaloniki or Athens. You will get a free introduction on Skiathos and tips for beaches and tavernas. We can help with planning your excursions and organise a sailing - or diving trip.
You can stay in the winter, we have central-heating, prices on request.

Olive picking
In autumn you can pick olives and learn how to pickle them and take samples home. In 2006, we picked 609 kg Olives in 12 big Bags and got 67 L of Oil out of it with a 0,6 % acid, which means, we have extra virgin oil. Big thanks to all our helpers
