This gorgeous Florida home is situated in the heart of the South Florida Gold Coast just ten minutes from the beach, close to several major malls & a limitless choice of great restaurants. Located in one of the most desirable parts of Fort Lauderdale in a quiet neighborhood, the home is still close to all the action. The living room and kitchen opens to a deck and pool that is equipped with a portable child fence. A huge private backyard play area is large enough for a soccer or touch football game. This property is really the ideal setting for family fun in the Florida sun. The home features a living/family room equipped with cable TV, Wi-F & sofabed. The master bedroom has a designer king bedroom suite & cable TV. The second bedroom has twin beds while the third bedroom is designed for children & has a twin bed & crib. A fourth has a full size bed & private bath while the 5th bedroom/den has a twin size sofabed & opens to the pool deck. A twin size rollaway is available.
