Photos and Description of this Puerto Aventuras holiday condo 2 large bedrooms, 2 master bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, sleeps 8 comfortably.

Puerto Aventuras is a small beach town located between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum. Walk along the marina to downtown's restaurants and bars. Go scuba diving, deep sea fishing, play golf or tennis, lay out on the beach, or swim with the dolphins. Nearby alternatives: Take a ferry over to Cozumel, spend a day shopping in Playa del Carmen, visit the Mayan Ruins at Tulum, explore X-Caret or Xel-Ha. Our Condo building has a private pool and gazebo for guests and residents, and its location on the marina (by the marina entrance) provides a spectacular view of the ocean. Our condominium is available for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Our Building, Condo Dzul, was built in 2005 and offers a very spacious, modern, open floor plan in a very peaceful setting. Our street ends at the harbor entrance, so very little traffic passes along our (dead-end) street. Our condo is located 5 buildings south of Puerto Aventuras's 'Dreams Resort'.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our condo is available for rent year-round, with no minimum stay restrictions.
  • To reserve the condo, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 2 nights for rentals of less than 10 days. For rental periods of 10 days or more, we request a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.

    For longer term rentals, a security deposit may also be requested (typically $500, but disclosed in the Rental Agreement).

    One complimentary cleaning is included per week in short-term rentals (typically a month or less), but additional cleanings can be arranged for a nominal fee should a guest request it. Longer-term rental cleanings will be arranged per the guest's preferences and confirmed in the rental agreement.

Notes: We provide all linens (including 8 large beach towels), bottled water via dispenser, and paper products. In addition, we include one complimentary cleaning for stays of 7 nights or longer (usually mid-week). Additional cleaning may be arranged for a nominal fee. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment for guests to use as well during their stay, though we ask that guests bring their own small supply of detergent. For the entertainment of our guests, we have a variety of books available, a few board games / cards, and numerous DVDs for viewing. We also have Satellite TV which includes Sirius Radio and is linked to the stereo system in the living room. Our kitchen is fully equipped for both short and long-term rentals. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
