We found this property to be above our expectations, having stayed in many villas in Florida we found this to be one of the best. The boat was an added bonus and had loads of fun going up and down the canals, we spotted loads of wildlife in and around the canal, look out for the otters they were so much fun. The master bedroom and en-suite were very comfortable, and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Sanibel and Pine Island are a must see, and also try the pizza place on Hancock bridge Blvd. called I Ragazzi Pizza, they are the most welcoming people, and the food is delicious.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your kind comments. We have tried to provide nice amenities for our guests. If we feel the need for something when we are there, we assume our guests would probably also like to have the same things.
. I agree that it is a nice canal system with close access to the Shamrock Lakes, Saratoga, Kennedy and Alhambra Lakes. I thought that otter was going to dive into the boat the first time we met him while exploring!
And as you mentioned it is convenient to be not so far from Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island - the Matlacha Bridge, which I've heard is the busiest fishing bridge in Florida! Plus it is close and convenient to pizza, videos, grocery storres, pharmacies and fast food yet with the fence and trees you still have a set apart, private feeling when outside at the house.
The hot tub is a perfect ending for the many perfect days in Florida! I hope you will come back again some time!
