The well-built home has air conditioning in all of the living spaces as well as overhead fans for added comfort in the master bedroom and living room. We have included phones for your use with free local calls and free WI-FI high speed internet anywhere in the house. This is a child friendly home. While we have kept the high standards of furnishings, we have also kept in mind durability (no glass tables and knick knacks or white cloth sofas here!) We have tried to think of everything to ensure your comfort and enjoyment while staying at our Florida oasis.
BEAUTIFUL MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH: :
Enjoy the large cottage style room with NEW KING-SIZED pillow top FOAM mattress with all new premium bedding. Relax in this plush bed under the ceiling fan and watch your own wall-mounted LCD-HD flat panel TV or enjoy it's private access to the pool and lanai. The large master bath has a deep soaking garden tub, large vanity with double sinks and a huge tiled, glassed-in shower with soap and shampoo dispenser. There is also a walk-in closet with ample racks and shelving. Iron, ironing board, and hair dryers are all provided for your use.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS: Fully furnished with everything you might need to enjoy eating in, if you choose not to take advantage of the many restaurants just a few blocks away. New appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and an icemaker, a dishwasher, electric stove/oven and a microwave. All utensils, plates and cookware are provided as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, double toaster, blender and garbage disposal.
LIVING ROOM: From the luxury of the leather sofas, you can kick your feet up on the leather bench and enjoy watching cable television on the 46” LCD HD flat panel TV, or opt to watch a movie on the DVD or BLU-RAY player. From here you can also enjoy a view of (and access to) the pool from the wall of windows or sit at the café table for a snack, to play games or for computer use. We have a library of movies, books and games to add to your fun and relaxation.
