The main level's east wing includes an office with a powder room, and a beautifully furnished, air-conditioned master suite with a large bathroom, shower and tub.
The second level is the west wing of the house and is 1/2 a flight of stairs below the main level. The west wing is entered through a corridor dotted with beautiful antique art, and includes the Terracota Suite, and the Monkey Suite. Both are air-conditioned queen bedroom and private bath suites.
All three of the east and west wing suites are fully-screened and enjoy private, vine covered balconies looking out to sparkling ocean views.
Another half down is the air-conditioned Elephant Suite furnished with two queen beds and a private bath.
Throughout Quantock House floors are strewn with oriental rugs. Fine furnishings and attention to detail

The main, ground level patio level includes a full size swimming pool, barbeque grill, second kitchen that supports the barbeque grill and a dining area. There is also a separate sunbathing area. A winding path leads from the patio through a small fruit tree orchard and into the hillside landscaping.
