This large home has 2 separate units. Entire home available buy the week or downstairs only for a 2nt. min. The home is Only Rented To 1 Party at a time! Home is private and very peaceful. 2 ponds (1 for skating).Within 7 miles to charming towns of Chester, Weston and Ludlow(Okemo) for shopping/dining/skiing. 30 minutes to Manchester.20 min to Bromley. 10 min to Magic Mtn. Downstairs has queen bedroom, 2nd bedroom w/3 sets of bunks, 3rd bedroom as TV room/daybed w/trundle , 1 bath, laundry, 1200 sq ft. Upstairs 4th bedroom has Qn bed, 1 bath (spa tub), loft w/5 twins,1800 sq ft. Fooseball,air hockey, 2 TVs.Both kitchens have stove/DW/fridge. Approved pets OK. All linens, towels included. Both units have wood burning stoves.

We are in the process of adding satellite TV and should be in place by Dec 1. We only rent to one party at a time, however if the downstairs only is rented, we reserve the right to use the upstairs ourselves(we are a family of 4). The downstairs is a full 1200 sq ft walk out basement that enjoys the same views as the upstairs.
