Grounds are lushly landscaped and reminescent of Italian neighborhood. Active clubhouse for social activities if desired. This decorator furnished apt overlooks the beach area by pool. Very tastefully appointed with everything you could need. 2 month minimum and sorry no pets allowed. Gated, private and peaceful lakeview. Short drive to local beaches and or golf or fishing and boating.
