On the 11th floor of a doorman/elevator building, this unique, warm, spacious, and inviting 2-bedroom apartment is all about the New York experience. At approximately 650 square feet (61 square meters), this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The apartment opens into a roomy living area, which features a sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD player, WiFi Internet, and most importantly, a spectacular view of the world famous Central Park that will provide a wonderful New York City living experience during your stay. The kitchen features a breakfast bar/countertop and is well equipped should you decide to cook or eat in the apartment. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed for your comfort. Fresh linens and clean bath towels will be provided for you. Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building that has a strict zero-noise policy. This feature may or may not be suitable for everyone.

The property is located directly on the NW corner of Central Park. The entrance to the park is just footsteps away from the building lobby, while a short walk will take you to many bars and restaurants within Harlem’s Frederick Douglas Circle and the Columbia University vicinity. For your convenience, there’s a supermarket, located on the complex’s ground floor, a coffee shop and a Dry Cleaner right around the corner. Subway station is also at the foot of the property, with easy access to the “B” and “C” subway lines that will reach Midtown and Times Square in less than 10 minutes. As you can see, this property can easily access the heart of Manhattan and all the major attractions, and yet is situated in a quiet area of Upper West Side, which makes it the perfect location to retire from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sorry, no pets allowed inside the apartment complex.

  • Require 30% of the total amount or $500, whichever amount is greater, as a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposit is due within 3-day from signing the contract. Remaining balance, including a $50 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit, is due upon arrival at the check-in. The security deposit is refundable, minus damages if any, when you check out and the apartment is left in original, undamaged and clean condition.

    Only cash, wiring transfer, and VISA/Mastercard charges (through PayPal’s “Instant Pay” option) will be accepted without any exception! Please note there is a 5% processing fee for using PayPal and 3% processing fee for wiring transfer.

    Payments on reservation canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date are NONREFUNDABLE without any exception. Deposits on reservations canceled more than 14 days prior will receive 50% refund on deposit.

The apartment is just as described, the pics absolutely match reality, it is very confortable, easily sleeps 5-6 people. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, conveniently located with subway lines right at the doorstep.
I would definitely recommend it, we had a great week there!

Two italian couples in New York

We arrived in NY on a thursday afternoon. After picking up the keys at the My@H Office, we went to the apartment. The place has a wonderful view of the park (the same as the pics on the web. First time a web site is so truthful...), it is perfect for two couples, the bedrooms are spacious, full of light, the beds comfortable. It is right on an subway stop. Max 20/25 minutes you're anywhere you want to be in Manhattan. The building is brand new (there's always a doorman) it's right at the north/west corner of the park, the fact that it is in a very open area also gives a great sense of safety. There's an internet connection, which is quite convenient. The owner waited for us until we got to the office to pick up the keys even though we were two hours late and couldn't call because our phone didn't work in the US. The description of the apartment was very accurate, also the payment process and the contract were very transparent. The area is very convenient (close to Columbia University), there is a supermarket right at the bottom of the building, all you need at walking distance. I recommend this apartment without any hesitation (already have to friends in fact). I think it was the best value for money we could find in NY.
