Modern 4400 square foot home in a lovely residential neighborhood with a beautiful view of Pine Point beach and harbor from every room. Simply walk out the door and down a short path to the most beautiful white sandy beach in Maine! Built in 2001 this home has all the modern conveniences for you to enjoy! There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are masters with the bathrooms directly attached to the room and one of them has a jacuzzi tub. The living area of the home is very open and sunny. The living room has a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and large deck with breath taking views. The eat- in kitchen has seating for 4, a sit up bar for 3. The dining room has a large dining room table with plenty of room for evening dining. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming back from the beach. The family room has a pool table, built in bar and large flat screen TV with plenty of seating for movie night. The house is equipped with wireless.
