Located on a salt-water canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico, you can fish from the deck. The Villa Palms features a gourmet kitchen with all the amenities. A huge family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a 42' plasma t.v., stereo system and large sliders that open up to the lanai. A formal living room and dining room greet you as you enter the foyer. The master bedroom has sliding doors to lanai, plus a master bath with separate tub & shower, double vanities and walk-in closet. There are 2 more bedrooms plus a full bathroom on other end of the house. Laundry room has washer & dryer. Fully furnished with brand new furniture! Only 15 minutes to Ft.
