Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen (sogar Salatschleuder und Pürierstab vorhanden), tolle Terrasse mit mediterraner Bepflanzung. Gute Betten, viel Platz, reichlich Gartenstühle und Liegen. Ruhige Lage. Garage direkt gegenüber. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Wer samstags spät ankommt, kann in Gruissan nichts mehr einkaufen, in Narbonne direkt an der Autobahn hat ein großer Supermarkt bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Gruissan ist ein netter Ferienort mit lebhaftem Hafenviertel (ca. 15 min zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt) und langen Stränden. Für Kulturinteressierte gibt es viele lohnende Ausflugsziele im Umkreis von 1 - 2 Autostunden. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben nichts vermisst.
