Outside back of home:
Enjoy spectacular wide bay views of Downtown Miami and Prestigious Indian Creek Island where Don Shula and Julio Iglesias reside! While outside on your dock enjoy fishing for Mangrove snapper and Snook in the evening. Pull up fish traps and you may catch Stone Crabs, Lobster, starfish and more. Hey, the charcoal grill is waiting for your fresh catch! If you'd rather observe, you will watch local fishermen in the early morning casting nets for baitfish, the sea gulls and Pelicans are also fishing for their breakfast, what a show. On low tide Manatees enjoy passing right under your dock, if your lucky they may stop for a drink of fresh water, turn the hose on if you see them! Dolphin pods are common as well as tarpin and you may even catch a glimpse of a Manta Ray jumping out of the water. With a view of the intracoastal enjoy watching cigarette speed boats, sailboats, and yachts as they make their way through the waterway.
Boating:
100' of waterfront property. There is a brand new aluminum High Tide elevator style boatlift (15000 lb capacity) available if you wish to rent a boat. Larger boats can be docked as well. For an additional fee you can book a fishing trip captained to take you mahi mahi and kingfish sport fishing. South Beach:
You are just minutes away from the beach via the broad causeway to family beaches in Bal Harbor and Surfside just north of South Beach. Hallover beach is also just minutes away in Sunny Isles Beach, this is an adult nude beach. If you want to be where the action is you have about 10-15 minute car ride to famous South Beach.
