Newly decorated waterfront home provides a peaceful setting for rest and relaxation. Computer, WIFI, telephone are available to keep you connected. The living room is equipped with a 40 inch Sharp Aquos HDTV and digital cable (200+ channels) and a DVD player. The master suite has a king bed and 32 inch HDTV with cable and a DVD player. Fishing is permitted just behind the house (catch & release only). Golf courses, shopping, restaurants and movie theaters are all just minutes away. Quick access to the I-10 and just 10 minutes to Westgate Center, Cardinals Stadium and the Fiesta Bowl.
