Notes: The adjacent cottage (located only a few steps from the villa) is where the 6th bedroom is located. Within the air-conditioned cottage, there is a small kitchen, nautilus equipment including a treadmill, TV and a full size billiard/pool table. There is an adjoining separate bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, and a full size bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower (no tub) . There is also a generator to supply the villa and cottage with alternate electricity in case of an outage. A washer and dryer is on the property, however, laundry service must be arranged with the housekeeper for an additional fee paid directly to the housekeeper. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach. The swimming pool is equipped with submerged underwater lights for night swimming. The villa stereo system is piped through speakers to the pool deck for outdoor musical enjoyment. The atrium shutters are clear, so you can enjoy the view even when they are closed.
