Our Canal-Front home was built in 2004. Located on a road that parallels the intracoastal Waterway. It is fully equipped and comfortably furnished for year-round use. The landscape is beautiful and lush! Plenty of parking. Our location is only minutes from the beach, shops, taverns, and fine dining restaurants. Bulk-headed property includes dock, ramp, and floating dock. The Canal is rich with fish as well as an occasional manatee. Roof covered electric boat lift with solar powered boat battery charger and pressure washer. The boat house can accommodate up to an 18' boat for an extra charge.
