Take advantage of our fall pricing! This quiet, ground level condo features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and beautiful decor. It is fully stocked with everything you will need for a weekend away or a home away from home. Both bedrooms feature brand new queen size luxury Englander mattresses with 400 count sateen sheets for a relaxing, comfortable nights sleep. The sofa bed pulls out into a queen bed with specially fitted sheets to sleep a total of 6 adults. There are 2 pools and a jacuzzi including a heated pool for winter time swimming. Both pool areas have umbrellas and chaise lounges as well as a designated grassy are with BBQ grills. The patio has two chairs, a table and a beautiful shade tree. The condo is located only 1 block from the Scottsdale Old Town Trolley which provides free transportation through Old Town Scottsdale. This condo is centrally located near many attractions, shopping and fabulous restaurants. We know you will love it!

Awesome Scottsdale Condominium

This condo is located on a quiet street, a short drive from the airport. There is absolutely nothing lacking in this condo. Anything you need for the kitchen is available, including spices! There are plenty of towels and paper products.

I was travelling with my mom, daughter, and two sisters, and we were all pleased with the accommodations. At one point I said the only thing lacking is a stepstool to reach the top shelves in the kitchen (I am short), and a little later I opened the bedroom closet, and there was my stepstool! The washer and dryer (located in garge) were much appreciated, and the laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided!

There is plenty of parking space available, both in the parking area and on the street, and there is a one-car garage (I didn't attempt to get into it with my rental car, but that's me).

The area is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching the sunsets and listening to the birds sing.

This was the first time I used homeaway.com, and I was a little concerned . . . . I e-mailed the owner numerous times with many, many questions, and I always received a courteous and prompt reply.

I would recommend this property to anyone and if I visit Scottsdale again, I will definitely try to get this condo again.
