This elegant property is in central Tucson. The unobstructed view of the Catalina Mountains dominates and gives the property an isolated, desert feeling. Golf, U of A, major restaurants, shopping remain minutes away. Custom remote control operated entry gates complement a completely fenced-in property. The house and its extended terrace faces east, an optimum exposure for Tucson facing away from a southerly (and hot) setting sun, providing pleasant shade all day. Within the walls of the property is a large desert garden with pathways twisting in and out of mature 250 year old majestic sajuaro cacti. Citrus, olive, and lime trees abound. A newly constructed pool by renowned Tucson pool designers Cimmaron Circle lies on the south side of the house. The owners have paid particular attention to the sleeping quarters, outfitting three bedrooms with top of the line memory foam Simmons king mattresses. True luxury!
