A 400 foot beach, Olympic size heated pool, large jacuzzi, sauna, lighted clay and hard tennis courts, picnic/barbecue area.Steps away from Key West's largest beach which offers a variety of water sports and a broad walk for strolling along beach, running, biking, rollerblading. Recently updated to reflect a modern, art deco look. Marble floors, stainless steel cabinets and vanities new furniture which includes an expanding dining table and entertainment center with flatscreen TV, breakfast bar with stools, ceiling to floor plantation shutters on all windows, central AC and ceiling fans, halogen lighting, granite countertops, a wet bar with a drink refrigerator, modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, long balcony with ocean view, patio furniture, parking garage security on premises.
