The property is located in western El Salvador. The nearest big city is Sonsonate (20 minute drive), where supermarkets, shopping centers, hospitals, cinemas and banks are available. Volcanoes (Ruta de los Volcanes), scenic routes (Ruta de las Flores), tropical forests (El Imposible), coffee farms and great surf sites are within an hour's drive. The house is located on the highway that links El Salvador to Guatemala, very close to the border. Driving to Antigua takes about 90 minutes
