Our Condo is located in a unique area called the 'Old City Quarter'. It is a new building with a ocean view where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise every morning. It is a 10 min walk to the Inner Harbor, Sea Plane Terminal, Shopping, Port Theatre, City Hall, Parks and the new Conventino Centre. Also, about a 10 min drive to the ferry to Vancouver, the airport and golf.

Nanaimo Outdoor Activities: Walking and biking trails go everywhere in Nanamio from the oceanside to the mountain summits. More than 6 kilometers of trails wrap around Westwood Lake. Mountain bikers will enjoy the many challenges of the cross country trails. For ocean water enjoyment there are boating or fishing charters, scuba diving and snorkeling. For freshwater there are two pristine lakes in Nanamio close to downtown, Westwood and Long Lake. Long lake has a canoe and kayak club there is also skiing and motorboating. There are approx 15 golf courses in the surrounding area all within a hour or less. The closest being about 10 min away from the condo.

Indoor Activities: When it is raining outside or on the cooler side you may want to enjoy Nanaimo's inside entertainment. There is Ports Theatre, Art Galleries, Spa's, swimming pools, Casino, or movie theatres just a 5- 10 min walk or drive from our condo.
