The 3-level unit displays views of the ski mountain, offers privacy for each bedroom and provides a den area with 2-reclining chairs and an extra flat panel screen TV with DVD to keep the kids happy and out of your hair! The lower level gives you access to the rear of the townhome for the kids to play ball, run around, build snowmen or sled. The deck has a BBQ gas grill & patio setting with umbrella. The 2 car garage can accommodate one car and there is extra room for storing recreational equipment. The back garden area in all its colorful splendor is a delightful setting in the summertime. Quail Run is a quiet complex located approximately 850 yards from the ski slopes. This townhome has a very relaxing homey setting for family entertaining in both the summer and winter.
