The charming beach house has brand new furniture and offers the finest appointments: gourmet kitchen with decor appliances, slab granite, open floorplan, sumptuous master suite with delightful sitting room and private balcony, ground level bedroom leads to the patio. 2 car garage and small vehicle space. 2 balconies, both with ocean and bay views. Each level offers its own bedroom with an attached bathroom. The house is walking distance away from fun beach activities, conveniences and bars, restaurants. There is a nice playground walking distance away right at the bay. The Catamaran Hotel that offers outdoor seating right at the bay is located around the corner.
