Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment, this property has 910 sq ft, it has a master bedroom with 2 beds (1 queen and 1 full) with an spacious walkin closet, full bathroom with vanity area, digital safe, living room, dining area, full kitchen, laundry area with washer and dryer and balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, so our tenants can feel in home. Our property is located in the heart of Bavaro-Punta Cana, close from the beautiful beach of El Cortecito (3 blocks (a walking distance of about 8 minutes for the road that goes to El Pulpo Cojo Restaurant), close from Restaurants, close from Hotel Carabela and Hotel Playa Dominicana, about 20 minutes from The International Airport of Punta Cana, close from the Palma's Real Shopping Center (a High end mall with a theater cinema, spa, restaurants), close from the business district of Friusa, close from attractions parks as Manati Park, among other. The complex has 2 pools, a gym, 2 barbecue areas, and beautiful garden areas.
