With unobstructed beach and ocean views from the downstairs living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom you have beautiful views from Ranchos Palos Verdes to Santa Catalina Island. This home also features a large ocean front deck with beautiful green lawn and flower-beds surrounded by a white picket fence which gives you your own private fenced in backyard that leads you right to miles of sandy beach. The home also has a hot and cold outdoor shower and more stunning views from its 700 sq ft roof top deck.
