The Pineapple Cottage is fully equipped and completely remodeled with all new appliances and floors. This spacious cottage has been professionally decorated with a Tropical Tommy Bahama feel. The cottage is a single story, one bed / one bath with two skylights to bring in the natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped & DSL is ready for your laptop computer. The Cottage sleeps 4 to 5 people. The bedroom includes a Beautiful Queen Size Tommy Bahama Pineapple bed. The living room has a double fold out sofa bed & single person Starfish daybed. All Beautifully furnished with a Island feel to help you relax. The Cottage is 30 steps to the Pacific Oceans white sandy beach. We have an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off, from your day at the beach.

Location: Seal Beach is located just 22 miles south of Los Angles at the Northern end of Orange County. Just 18 miles North of the John Wayne Airport. -11 miles away from Disneyland and very close to other attractions, Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Universal Studios and more. -Travel down Historic PCH Highway just minutes away from Huntington, Long Beach, Newport, Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. -While strolling along the beach collecting sea shells, take a look out at the Pacific Ocean where you will see an Island, now think about a day trip to the famous Catalina Island just 26.5 miles away!

Why the Owner Chose Seal Beach: We have always enjoyed Seal Beach and lived here many years ago. After moving back from Hawaii we knew we wanted and needed to live by the water. Our house is one home to the Pacific Ocean and the opportunities with the cool breezes, ocean walks etc. were well worth the move to live here again. The ability to come home after working all day and walk or ride a bike to the grocery store, movies, pier and many restaurants is a treat worth experiencing. Enjoy life. -The Osti's

Great Experience

We had a 2 day layover in LAX on our way to Fiji. The cottage is beautifully decorated- Elena has done a great job. We arrived at 2 AM (after flying from the East Coast) and Elena met us and showed us around. Everything was exactly as expected, and the rooftop was a great getaway.

The only caution is that the only bathroom is in the bedroom, and the living room is difficult to navigate when the sleeper couch is open. The first night, it was just three of us- myself, husband, and 13 year old daughter- very comfortable- as she slept on the day bed. When our friend arrived for the second night, it was very tight quarters. So would recommend for 1-3 people, but for 4 people it's awfully tight.

A great experience, but way too short!
