Additional information about rental rates

  • Check-in time is 4 P.M. on arrival date. Check-out time is 10 A.M. on date of departure
  • There is a USD $100.00 Security Deposit Required, which will be refunded after the rental assuming that no issues with the unit are found after a walk through by the cleaning service. Upon mutual agreement of unit rental, a 50% deposit for the rental cost must be made to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee, plus security deposit, lodging tax, and the cleaning fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to check-in date.

    Additional cleaning is available during your stay which can be arranged for a fee with our cleaning service.
  • Cancellations permitted (with exceptions as noted below) within 30 days of arrival for a full refund. Otherwise, the renter forfeits all payments unless the owners can find a replacement renter for the same rental period. Exceptions: No Cancellations permitted for reservations during special event periods – Daytona Speedway Races and Bike Week – no refunds will be given for cancellations.
