With your own hot tub and 16 ft x 24 ft heated pool, this is the perfect choice for your winter retreat, temporary corporate housing, or as your vacation destination any time of the year. Relax with the morning paper in the comfortably decorated and screened Entry Lanai. With ample dining and seating areas, it's an ideal place for spending time with your family and friends. Also includes a TV/DVD/VCR. French doors open to the large 1300 square foot screened enclosure with Hot Tub and Heated Pool (electric heat pump).

In the event of a hurricane, refunds are provided on a prorated basis.
