This home was renovated in the Summer of 09. New carpets,new furniture, new linens. Perfect for a family reunion, great vacation . There are beds on the first and upper levels. Bath on each floor as well. The home has great living space with two living rooms. One has seating for ten with a Florida room off it for dining overlooking the landscaped backyard and outdoor shower. The other has a mahogany pool table with ping pong table conversion top and more seating. Each bedroom has a 26'' in flat screen with a 46'' over the fireplace in the family room. Cable, Internet service, wireless and land line for local calls are all included. Playstation/gaming TV set up in the other living room. Walk to the beach, minutes to Block Island Ferry, Fishing Charters, Golf, Mini Golf, many restaurants of different level. On site full size washer and dryer. Limited availability, check out the calender.
