French doors with plantation shutters lead from Living room, Master and Guest bedrooms, to private balcony overlooking Cambier Park. Well-equipped kitchen has granite counters and bar; laundry room just off kitchen. The Living room/Dining area has open floor plan with classic furnishings, flat screen TV/DVD. Den has built-in office area, high speed Internet access. Master Bedroom suite with King-sized bed, flat screen TV, and Guest Bedroom suite with Queen-sized bed each have large custom closets, quality linens and private bath. Access to roof-top pool just down the hall. Rental includes gated, covered garage space on ground floor near elevator.
