This completely renovated two-story condo with three bedrm/2.5 bath in Windward Association is just 2 miles from Harbor Springs. The upper unit w/ A/C allows guests to enjoy the shimmering morning sunrises and magnificent sunsets. The great room w/ a fireplace overlooks the Bay & manicured lawns which leads to tennis courts and a swimming pool right from the deck. The new kitchen with the latest appliances & granite counter top is a cooking enthusiast delight. From the main floor master suite, guests may step onto a private balcony & enjoy all of the views. The two large upper stairs bedrooms enjoy views of the water or woods. Just outside the condo, guests may follow a path through the woods to a gleaming private lake & sandy beach. During the winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing is right out the back door. Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob are just 15 minutes away. Concierge service is available.
