Bella Mare beach house is a newly built oceanfront house located on a private beach in historic Sandwich. Queen-size bed in the master bedroom with sitting area and cozy Vermont gas stove for the chilly Cape Cod evenings with awesome ocean views. The crashing waves will put you to sleep! All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The family room features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD, VCR, Internet access with French doors leading out to the oceanfront covered deck with outdoor audio system, table and chairs, gas grill, plus a private outdoor shower. Boardwalk to stairs to access beautiful private beach...kids love the sandbars to search for sand dollars, starfish, shells, etc.! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, coffee make, blender, microwave, lobster pot, mixer, toaster, even a snow cone maker for the kids! Enjoy Thanksgiving, Christmas or a romantic getaway at this very special house and location.

This is it...gorgeous beach front home!

A perfect vacation home to create treasured memories that will last a lifetime. Nantucket is usually our vacation spot, but we decided to try something different. So glad we did! Our family of four had the most amazing week. We especially loved that we did not have to travel to the beach, we were already there. All of our family meals were enjoyed on the covered deck overlooking the ocean. This home is comfortable and it’s completely well equipped with plush towels, luxury linens, cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware - everything! The owner’s attention to detail is truly amazing. If you are looking for your next vacation home, this is it!

Beautiful home in a perfect spot!

My family of 5 stayed at the Bella Mare only for a few days but it felt like a really long relaxing vacation. This home is beautiful! It was so clean and the gourmet kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family. Once we parked the car, we never left. It was so relaxing. The views are incredible!!! After eating breakfast on the covered porch, down the stairs we went and hung out on the beach all day, everyday. When the kids needed something, we walked up the stairs, it was so easy and convenient. The beach was great for swimming, walking and treasure hunting. The outside shower with hot water was perfect after a long day at the beach. In the evening we had time to appreciate all the details inside the home. Every day we noticed something new. It gave me a lot of ideas for my own home! I would highly recommend this home and hope to come back next year!

Wonderful stay at Bella Mare - simply magnifico!!

We recently stayed at this wonderful and beautifully designed beach front home. Our 5 day stay was just perfect, we felt so comfortable and right at home. If you are looking for a home with a view – well then look no further! This home had views all around…even in the tub/shower area you see ocean!! – just amazing! The home was meticulously clean and it had every amenity imaginable. The walk to the beach was right out the back door - in fact we hardly left the beach…only to make our lunch in the gourmet kitchen. Our weather was fabulous which was the cherry on top! I could go on, and on about the property…. Bella Mare (such a cute name) was close to 6A for easy traveling around the Cape. The owner was very informative and quick responding to any questions we had. We will be definitely coming back again next year……..
